CloudLinux CPU Limits

I see on the docs and on the forums how CPU is much recommended to at least be 100% for each account.

My question, so does this mean that in terms of server capacity, ideally there should be 1 CPU core per web host account? Because if that’s the case, then I think that won’t be feasible at least for me.. Otherwise, can you kindly further help me out on understand this?

I was looking into getting more of my CPU and other resources through CloudLinux so please help regarding this.

No, you dont need to have so many cores for a shared hosting environment because most of the time users will not be using CPU on their max limit. Some may be going to 100% CPU, but others will be idle.
