Upgrade system is so stupid

Hey the upgrade system of license is so stupic..

I've renew license on 24 january. Today i've upgrade to Shared OS Plus and it's billed my account fully of 18$, not the like 4$ for upgrade. Its mean 18$ - 14$ for payed of last renew.. Can you change that?
