    Imunify360 Notifications

Argued with the Chatbot enough, time to find some real help.
Running 360 on our CloudLinux server (Alma 9) and cPanel 132.0.1. We *were* running CSF exclusively, but have now integrated Imunify360 as a possible replacement. I like the interface, but I'm a little lost on how to enable the notifications so that I am sent an email when the WAF or the Firewall triggers a hit (much like how CSF did). I haven't removed CSF completely yet, so maybe its something they can "work together" on... but has someone managed to get the Firewall setup in Imunify360 to send a notification out for something that wasn't Malware-related?

    Hello,

For now, Imunify360’s built-in notifications cover malware scan events only: https://docs.imunify360.com/features/#notifications
There isn’t a native email alert for WAF/Firewall incidents yet.

You can consider configuring custom notifications via cron + CLI query by polling recent firewall incidents and sending an email when matches are found.

Imunify360 integrates with CSF, so you can continue using CSF’s own alerting if preferred, but avoid double-blocking/duplicate alerts.

If WAF/Firewall email notifications are important for your workflow, please submit a feature request: https://cloudlinux.zendesk.com/hc/en...ure-request
