Cant POST data from Wordpress

I am trying to save some HTML content through a plugin on Wordpress ("Thrive Leads" ) but when saving, the firewall is apparently blocking the POST.

> Status Code:403 Forbidden
> Remote Address:*******************
> Referrer Policy:no-referrer-when-downgrade

Even when sending it from a whitelisted IP address.

Can you please advise?

Hello,

As you have Imunify360 installed, you should also have Mod Security installed. Take a look in WHM -> ModSecurity Tools and look there if you can find an entry for your domain or IP.

After finding the correct hit, you can disable the rule by going to the top right to "Rules List". I had to disable a ModSecurity rule because it was blocking a feature in the Opencart Dashboard.
