As of now CSF has some features not implemented in Imunify360 (i.e. block by port, process tracking, directory watching and some email-related features). According to this info, you can make the decision whether to use CSF together with Imunify360 on the server. Actually, if you are using CSF only for web traffic, you can safely disable it and run Imunify360 alone.

Hello Mike,
Thank you for reaching out! Both CSF and Imunify applications have similar DoS protection algorithms, which is why if Imunify360 detects CSF running on the server, we disable our protection. But in case you wish to use our DoS protection, you can disable CSF. Otherwise, the customer can easily use both services since those work fine in the integration mode and may deliver better protection to the server because of more flexible managing. Nevertheless, it depends on the clients preferences and habits to use CSF. You can find more details here: https://docs.imunify360.com/ids_inte...sf-integration
Please let us know if you have any questions. Thanks in advance!

Hello, thanks for the explanation. So today, Imunify360 already replaces CSF 100%? Or is there still a function or module that is necessary to continue using CSF?
Increase the use of resources use both?
or CSF hinders some work of Imunify360?
In case CSF is not needed, any special procedure or just uninstall CSF?

Hello Jaime,
Thank you for reaching out! In this case, if you are used to using CSF and you are comfortable working with it, then it is possible to use the integration mode together with Imunify360. You can find more information about integration in our documentation here https://docs.imunify360.com/ids_inte...sf-integration.
Otherwise, it is better to completely switch to Imunify360.
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask here. Thank you for contacting us.
