Hello,
We have a problem with false positive detection of a custom script of our client that is detected as I360.php.phish.mail.gen.3.UNOFFICIAL by malware scan, this script is in php and is using mail() function (if is necessary I can provide code sample, is a very simple script that is sending an mail ) We dont want to add folder to ignore list as this will open a security hole.
Please can you tell us what recommendation we can send to our client regarding coding style or practice to avoid this false positive detection?
We are looking forward for your reply.
Thank you.
