We do not block requests by user-agent because this information is easy to change (and thus manipulate). In any case, you can create a custom Modsec rule to block a user-agent string: https://cloudlinux.zendesk.com/hc/en...s/360017169600
Otherwise, you can add attackers to Imunify360 blacklist: https://docs.imunify360.com/dashboar...-ip-manually-2

Ive seen frequently in the past a few users ask for the ability to block & control bad bots in Imunify360 by user-agent. Has this been implemented yet/has an ETA?
