Imunify360 gui wont load in plesk

    Imunify360 gui wont load in plesk

    Hi there,

    When I try to load Imunify in plesk, its stalling on 2 separate servers with Imunify logo spinning endlessly.

    Is there a way to restart the service?

    Hello Glenn,

    Apologies for the late reply, I as see your request has been answered in support ticket. But, just in case, here are instructions:

    You can try to restart the Imunify360 service using the following command:

    # systemctl restart imunify360

    If the issue persists after that, please provide me with the output of the following commands:

    # grep -i error /var/log/plesk/panel.log

    # imunify360-agent doctor

      Hi Maria,

      Heres the output from IM doctor: SSfE0PLZK8ggsp07.f8c21446-1f5e-4cf9-b905-5638929e90a6

      I checked Plesk panel log and its long but nothing appears to be related to imunify.

      I tried restarting Imunify on both servers and it failed.

      Next step?
