NodeJS app not stopping through cPanel

Hi,

Weve set up a nodejs app through the selector which runs great, however when stopping it it shows as stopped but is actually still running when checking for the process through SSH and we have to manually kill it, is this a known issue?

Hii everyone Im facing same issue. And i have even contacted the support. But they did not respond
