Anyway, about the issue itself - is MySQL running? Were there any issues during the installation stage? And the most important - do you have a database backups as described in our documentation?
I would like to outline what happened there - first of all there were some conflicting packages. And another issue seems that MariaDB was not upgraded in a proper order, it had to be 10.3 > 10.4 > 10.5 > 10.6 . As this server was new the fastest option was to reinstall it from scratch.
