i am new user of cpanel and CL, i want to use apache+mod_lsapi for web hosting production
what should i check/uncheck on easyapche config, there many option that make me confuse, what apache module should i enable?

Leave default checkboxes, just be sure to choose Mod SuPHP to be used. But overall mod_lsapi do not depend on native PHP config, you will use alternate PHPs and users could choose needed modules by their own.
