mos_lsapi and caching

Im wondering if its possible and a good idea to use mod_lsapi with Zend Optimizer and Varnish Cache all together.

Few words about this to ensure we are talking about the same. Zend Optimizer is now obsolete because its included in PHP 5.3 and later. Varnish is an HTTP accelerator, it do not depends on PHP engine. Yes, you can use them and that sounds good.
