questions about apache rebuild

When Im on CloudLinux and cPanel I have to rebuild apache,

Questions:

If I have my own options checked (php modules i.e.) should I recompile apache twice ?

First time: when I check my modules
Second time: only easyapache -- rebuild

Im asking becouse I can see module like: mod_hostinglimits
Is this module should appear in easyapache form in WHM ? or it is added automatically and I can see it ?
