    We are currently running uname -a : Linux server 2.6.18-448.4.1.el5.lve0.8.69.1 #1 SMP Tue Jul 2 18:36:25 EEST 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
and I just wanted to confirm if this version allows iolimits to be set. The kernel module is not loaded and the Cloud linux documentation says el6 kernels only it seems.
    Am I correct ?

    Thanks
    Martin

IOLimits are implemented only in CL6, however the hybrid kernel has been designed to achieve the goal - that is ported CL6 kernel to CL5 system, you may want to try it
