Issues with cloudlinux on cpanel v88.0.5

Hi,
i updated one of my cpanel servers to v88.05 and found some big issues

first issue is when going onto a clients cpanel and clicking emails
none of the emails show nothing just the title

second issue
Terminal dose not load on WHM

Third issue
easyapache 4 does not load

Krnal is 3.10.0-962.3.2.lve1.5.35.el7.x86_64

Centos 7.8 64bit

So i made a brand new VM with fresh cpanel with v88.0.05
and it works as soon as i install cloudlinux the issues above happen

dose anyone know why this is happening
