CloudLinux Limits Recommendation

Hello,
We required your recommendation to setup web hosting plans. Currently, we have 3 web hosting plans. So, I have selected the below setup:
SPEED will be 100% for all plans. But for the first plan, it will be 1Ghz and for the rest two it will be 2Ghz. How do I set that?
VMEM - 1GB for all plan
PMEM - will be 1 for first plan, 2 for second plan, 3 for third plan
IO - 5MB/s for all plans
IOPS - 1024 for all plans
EP - will be respectively 25/50/75
NPROC - 100 for all plans
INODES soft - none
INODES hard - none

I required your suggestion, is the setup is good and well optimized?

Thank you for reaching out! In this case, the SPEED value is equivalent to 1 CPU core frequency. So you should adjust this value according to your CPU, although it is not recommended to set it below 100 as it may lead to increased system load. VMEM has been deprecated and should be left at 0. Thank you
