Slow download speed

Hello i need help to solve an issues, i have problem download file from my server, i tried download throug http, ftp but the speed is fixed at 1.3mb/s, i checked the server, mtr are good and network speed seems to be good, my datacenter says the network on my server is ok. I tried disable and enable csf, imunify360, result are the same. I have litespeed too and i tried switch to apache, but nothing. I have like 300 cpanel account on this server but sites loading fast. Any suggestion?

Hi,

Assuming theres no bandwidth throttling at your side:
- How does the speed change when you download several files from the server at once?
- Is there any possibility to test the speed from inside the datacenter?

If i download several file the maximum speed is 1,3mb/s total, if i download the same from many browser every browser have speed is 1,3 mb/s. On my system i have centos/cpanel/litespeed/cl/imunify360

I tried to download this file from datacenter via wget and download speed is 100mb/s

I have a vps on a different dc below iperf, but on both server i have 1gbit
