    even that cloudlinux limits enabled

  • #2
    Hi,

Main point of using CloudLinux is preventing server fr om overloading servers resources by user procesees. How we could explain that sometimes load averages become very high (lets say - 30-35 when usually it is less that 1)? From what i could see in most case this happen when cpanel log processing run and on specific user account. I doubt that this depend from connection to specific sites. Sometimes this happen when some of the user account run too many processes (php-cgi usually). Lim its for CPU and Memory as well as for Connection is enabled. CageFS also is enabled. This happen on all servers working under CloudLinux and cPanel. O/S is different - Centos 5 64 bit, Centos 6 64 bit and also Centos 5 32 bit with PAE so i doubt that it is O/S specific issue. What is wrong in settings (it is default actually)?

    Thanks
    Dima

If you are running CloudLinux then you are no longer running CentOS…

We never reach such high loads, if I were you I would contact CloudLinux support and ask them to look into it for you.
