    Alt-php selector not working

    We have php 7.1 enabled and default. I just enabled 5.5 and changed an account to use 5.5. It says that account is set to 5.5. But viewing phpinfo says it is using php 7.1 (but also acts like mysqli isnt enabled, which it is and works fine for sites on 7.1). I feel like it just forgot to do something obvious, but cant figure it out. Any ideas what might be the issue?

    phpinfo() reports:
    Server API LiteSpeed V6.10
    Virtual Directory Support disabled
    Configuration File (php.ini) Path /opt/alt/php71/etc
    Loaded Configuration File /opt/alt/php71/etc/php.ini
    Scan this dir for additional .ini files /opt/alt/php71/link/conf
    Additional .ini files parsed /opt/alt/php71/link/conf/default.ini
    PHP API 20160303

    Is this cPanel with EA3 or EA4 on board? Have you changed PHP version with user panel > Select PHP Version meny?
    Anyway, it will be much faster if you open a support ticket with us: https://helpdesk.cloudlinux.com/ .

      Thanks. I submitted a ticket. I put my server setup in my signature, but It doesnt look like that displays in the thread.

      It is EA4. All accounts are set to inherit for MultiPHP manager. I set the account in questions PHP selector through cPanel
