Not sure if its a recent update with LSAPI, or the installation of Imunify 360, or some cPanel server configuration, but we are having issues with lsphp causing the server to go offline.
We are already trying to debug this with Cloudlinux at an open ticket, but we suffered several downtimes from our servers, and keep suffering them so Id like to share some information and see if anyone else is having similar problems before considering disabling LSAPI and going back to FPM.
Many lsphp processes are stuck in a defunct/zombie state, and they start to pile up, causing out of memory errors and or the entire server to collapse depending on the free resources at that time.
This started recently, so we guess that it has something to do with the latest mod_lsapi update released on July 16th, but we have no real evidence to back that up.
Any ideas or advice to
