    Hello!

The next php-community release (7.4.1) will fix this issue. We updated alt-php74 to 7.4.1-rc1 and released package to beta.
    This update contains this fix.
The official php-7.4.1 release will be on Friday.

Is this fix still on the radar?

The updates released on Dec 27 2019 did not contain the fix for this, the problem is still there in alt-php74-7.4.1-1

        Hello Paul!

We updated alt-pcre2 and alt-php74 in beta. You can update that packages.

If this update does not help, please contact support and tell us exactly how the error is reproduced from you.

          Hi Darya,

We dont run beta for production servers and am referring to the official release.

On 18.12.2019 you advised that the official php-7.4.1 release will be on Friday. Which Friday?

            alt-php74-7.4.1 is stable now.
But that alt-php update does not fix email problems in all cases.

To fix this error, we released an alt-pcre2 update today to beta. If this update fixes all problems it will be released to stable repository about January 13.

It looks like this alt-pcre2 update hasnt been pushed to stable yet. Do you have a new ETA maybe?
