Openssl version 1.1.1

We updated cPanel to version 86 and find that ea-php now support openssl 1.1.1 where as alt-php is still stuck on openssl 1.0.2

Servers using CloudLinux are facing issues when TLSv1.43 is enabled on servers. Is there a workaround for this?
