Imagick loaded twice in php ini

Having trouble in WHMCS the image logo on an invoice isnt being dropped into the downloadable PDF within WHMCS

I filed a ticket with WHMCS and they took a look and say imagick is being loaded twice and pointed me to cpanel here

I thought id ask here first as im running CL7 (latest) and PHP selector with alt-php and not multi php as it maybe a CL issue
