Hello,
- I have 1 user that EndUsers hitting limits but in statistics and current usage I cant see any notice about it.
- getting it - Looks like your PHP handler doesnt support CloudLinux PHP Selector and as a result, does not work http://docs.cloudlinux.com/index.htm...ty_matrix.html [It looks like you use mod_ruid. CloudLinux PHP Selector doesnt work properly with it. How to delete mod_ruid and install mod_suexec in cPanel https://docs.cloudlinux.com/cloudlin...installation-5]
Please, see: https://docs.cloudlinux.com/command-...ck-phpselector and try to fix the issue to have a working selector. I tried to run this command as mentioned in cpanel forum
yum update lvemanager --enablerepo=cloudlinux-updates-testing but i get the same result after refreshing the dashboard
