reinstall cloudlinux on cpanel

hi, i have a question:
are we can reinstall cloudlinux on a cpanel server with a lot of accounts?
our cloudlinux on cpanel dont work fine and have a lot of problems and no one can solved yet,
so if we delete cloudlinux and install again, what happens? and have any risks for data and users and website ,,, ?

Have you contacted our support with the issues? We are not fans of reinstalling everything, better to fix issues in place, or reinstall just related packages. What the issues do you have?

Anyway, if you decide to reinstall you might want to follow this guide https://cloudlinux.zendesk.com/hc/en...Another-Server to backup related user settings and then restore them. There are no risks for data, but for sure better to have a working backup of MySQL services if you are going to reinstall mysql-governor as well.

thanks for your reply.
unfortunately we have a lot of account(+200) and cant getting backup cause have no more hard disk for save databases and users always changing data
problem is db governor dont work and dont know why and checked everything with no results.
also cloudlinux cant give any data on dashboard and its like dont even completely work!
so i was thinking to reinstall cloudlinux but im afraid to get in trouble.

You should do some backups to stay safe, not just for reinstallation, but in general. At least for databases per https://docs.whmcs.com/system/databa...abase-backups/
