There seems to be a conflicts in repositories. As a temporary workaround I would recommend to exclude cloudlinux9 repository and install updates, e.g.:

    Code:
    yum update --best --allowerasing --disablerepo=cloudlinux9
Let me know how it goes.

Oh, that's not good. I believe our support have to investigate the repo's conflicts of so. For example the EA4-c9 should not be there.

Anyway, to install and activate back cagefs please do:

        Code:
        yum install cagefs
        cagefsctl --init
        Then enable for all accounts:
        Code:
        cagefsctl --enable-all
