Hello,

When trying to upgrade the operating system, including cPanel, CloudLinux 7.9 to a higher version, according to the following tutorial https://docs.cloudlinux.com/shared/e...-7-with-cpanel, I received many errors.
They appear as follows:

I tried to solve the problem with the repository by getting the license data again, it did not have the desired result.
The problem with not being able to create files, I tried to solve by setting them up manually - this did not pass the test,

leapp preupgrade went successfully.

Has anyone perhaps encountered such problems?

Hello,

First of all please ensure the server is licensed and active, please run the following command which should return OK:

cldetect --check-license

If all Ok please try to disable the rollout repos:

yum-config-manager --disable cloudlinux*rollout*

Yes, when checking the license I get output that it is OK.
This command can help with this, thank you.
On the other hand, how can I get rid of the other errors? This is:

Haven't seen such error before. However, by looking into https://almalinux.discourse.group/t/...ile-system/613 - please review the last package mentioned in the output.

I believe this is not the real issue, but a side note of something above. If you fix other issues this one should be gone as well. It's just my suggestion, while I could be wrong.
