Cloudlinux Autoupdate packages with cPanel nightly updates

I Am Using Cloudlinux 7 + cPanel

According to this Article :

I Enabled Update OS Package on cPanel Update.

So this Option Run "yum update" Every Night.

IS IT OK for Update Cloudlinux Packages and Kernel ?

Or I Shloud Always Check "https://www.cloudlinux.com/en/blog" and update Packeges or Kernel with provided commands in Blog Posts ?

Hello,

Keeping your server updated is always a good practice. upcp script should update the packages by itself, but if you want to install beta releases which are mentioned in our blog, you should do it manually using the provided instructions.
