Hi!
After several times fresh installing CentOS7 and cPanel/WHM and then CloudLinux, each time EasyApache cannot be provisioned with a new profile and YUM seems broken as nothing installs anymore due to it not finding any packages anymore, not even common ones! It cannot even fully finish the install (kernel, LVE plugin, etc), even though it says it is finished.
Do you have a solution?
Is there a best practice/sequence to setup a server with CentOS, cPanel/WHM, CloudLinux, Kernelcare, etc?
After all, it is stated by CloudLinux that conversion of even running production servers would take only minutes.
Unfortunately, I cannot believe it according to my experience, each time CloudLinux install was tried, it failed!
You can imagine, that it will take at least three new setups that go flawlessly that the score is even, and a looong time time before trust is a possibility!
Testing, testing, testing...and then keep testing!
Regards nevertheless.
