Kernel Update

Hi there,

Is it safe to do a kernel update as suggested by CPanel software update with CL?

I remember a long time ago I ran into a kernel panic after doing this. Today I ran the update and it did update the kernel, but Im concerned, it is asking me to do a reboot to finish the kernel update.

It says the kernel was updated to:

kernel x86_64 1:3.10.0-962.3.2.lve1.5.38.el7 cloudlinux-x86_64-server-7 39 M
