Updating kernel .49 makes our server go OOM

Around 10 dedicated servers with around 300 accounts, stable for several years already, started going OOM and offline after updating to any newer kernel version of 3.10.0-962.3.2.lve1.5.49.

We had long tickets with cPanel, CloudLinux and our ISP to try to debug the error, until we downgraded to .49 kernel and things were fine again.

I recently decided to give latest .60 kernel a try, and again, some servers started failing again.

Did anyone suffered from something similar, or have any idea on what could be causing this?
Any help debugging this strange issue is appreciated.
