Cloudlinux licence issue + rpm build error..

Hello My Cloudlinux ip based licence expired, i launched cpanel update, . ignored https://cloudlinux.com/cloudlinux-os-blog/entry/issues-with-cloudlinux-os-7-7-update-on-systems-with-kernel-v3-10-0-862-or-lower]this issue [/url] So i changed ip settings manualy on the server to put it back online, Now i want to activate my Cloudlinux licence, it fire and error : without active Cloudlinux licence, i can"t run rpm rebuild .. cant do anything on the server .. Please help
