  • Mod Security Rules and CageFS and Drupal CMS

    Hi all,

We have a particular client informing us that he keeps getting Internal 500 errors or Mod Security 406 errors with his websites he creates.
All his sites use Drupal CMS and this is the only client we have to keep removing from CageFS to get his sites to work properly. No other client has any issues like this with CageFS although most of our clients if not all use Wordpress and Joomla mainly.

Error below we see in error_log of apache.
End of script output before headers: index.php, referer: http://websitename/node/28/edit?render=overlay

Now I see my colleague tried CHMOD 755 owner.owner on all files but it still gave the error.

The only thing that works is when we remove his sites from CageFS.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

How often the error is repeated? Or all the time?
What is in mod security log for the time issue happens?

We never saw such issue ourselves, tried reproducing similar 406 error http://cloudlinux.com/solutions/forum/forum11/topic741/ on test machines, however was not able to reproduce it. I believe the best (and fastest) resolution path is to create a support ticket in our system to check issue in place.
