Now there is no way for users to see how much CPU is allowed to use. They can see 100% value in graphs, but this 100% does not show anywhere how many cores this is. For example 100% for a user might be 400 (4 cores) or 100 (1 core). Having a user paying extra to use many cores, and not having a way for user to see that they really have them assigned is a problem. We need a way to show them what they get.
