Asusers we have so many concurrent connections (10 to 20) as users that 100% of the foreign attackers are allowed to attack without block: the alternative is all my users get blocked (captcha) as "abusers". Email uses multiple concurrent connections, multiply this by multiple users at the same ip address and the worlds hackers are free to hack away.
