In cPanel they have "CloudLinux for cPanel", but what version is that? Solo, Admin, Shared, Shared Pro?

We already have cPanel, now next step is to convert to CL.

The common version used by resellers is just general CloudLinux OS Shared and any place will work. However, if you need the CloudLinux OS Shared Pro it can be purchased only from CloudLinux.
