Why ips are not grey/black listed?

Why is ip 5.237.162.38 not black or gray listed?
Over 20 login attempts to ssh!

I have disabled LFD and CSF, but seem like I have to enable it again.
So when CSF/LFD is enabled, what does Imunify protect against?

Hello, Morten!

When imunify360 works without CSF/LFD integration, it blocks IP by timeout. The first-time timeout is 5 minutes, then 30, 3 hours and so on.
In your case timeout is finished and if 5.237.162.38 will trying to brute force again it will block for 30 minutes.
