Weve had some problems with users running demanding cron jobs, causing short burst of maxed out limits at intervals. It could be useful to have user crons always run with lower limits, as most cron jobs are background tasks and dont need realtime peak performance. This would even out the resource usage, resulting in more even overall server performance. This could be implemented in the following way: crons always run at a set percentage of the LVE CPU and IO limits (for example 25%), unless configured otherwise.
