Provide a more recent curl version with PHP selector

Currently PHP selectors PHP is compiled with Redhats default curl version. On Cloudlinux 6 this makes scripts not compatible with certain libraries and PHP scripts, including Paypals api, and OwnCloud. We would love to be able to install install a second version of curl on the same server (maybe Cloudlinux 7s curl version) and have alt-php use this version instead.
