kernelcare and memory leak

I am very interested in KernelCare but read recently that there is a memory leak in the most recent CL kernels (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1358324).[br][br]Is this report valid and, if so, is there a time-line for a fix?

There is a memory leak. We found it, and it will be fixed in the next kernel.
Most likely it will be patched by kernelcare.

Ill watch the blog for the update -- unless you have an estimated time of completion -- since I want to wait for the fix before installing KernelCare.
