Connection Refused

Hello friends,

Im receiving the error "<urlopen error [Errno 111] Connection refused>"

First, on cron jobs I received the following errors:
Unable to apply patch (/var/cache/kcare/b717dc72c3f1a73ede8a06ecc236ba3db404cfc0/10/kpatch.bin 10 255 CloudLinux 3.10.0-427.18.2.lve1.4.27.el7.x86_64, default, , , False)

After it, the cron job return this error:
<urlopen error [Errno 111] Connection refused>

Can you help-me?

Hello! Network connectivity to patches.kernelcare.com should be checked (to start just "ping patches.kernelcare.com"), since our patch-server IP-address was changed recently. If patches.kernelcare.com is not available from the target system, then firewall configuration on the site should be checked to not block traffic with IP-addresses 69.175.3.11 (patches.kernelcare.com) and 184.154.167.204 (cln.cloudlinux.com).
