I wanted to bring an issue I have observed with Package kernelcare.x86_64 0:2.34-1.el7.
For some reason when upgrading to this version it generates an invalid logrorate.d file that has caused failed cron emails to be generated on more than one CentOS server.
The email looks like this
Doing some additional research it appears it is indeed related to the kernelcare package as if I downgrade the package it removed /etc/cron.daily/logrotate.d.
Our solution has been to remove all the comments from the file and do a force on logrotate to confirm it solved the issue.
Since I havent been able to find anything on this forum or from a search, I wanted to get this out there in case anyone is also seeing this behavior.
Edit
Have since seen there is also a forum on Cpanels forum relating to this.

Code:
Subject: Anacron job cron.daily on host /etc/cron.daily/logrotate: error: libcare:3 bad rotation count 5 # keep 5 last archives error: found error in /var/log/libcare/*.log , skipping
