What do you mean with "cloudlinux is not working in that kernel"? Can you boot the server with it? Can you show any screenshots where it stuck?

I have a problem with the lve of my server, I am currently using the kernel 3.10.0-962.3.2.lve1.5.61.el7.x86_64, but for some reason cloudlinux is not working in that kernel, I must put a lower one.... How can I solve this error?
