default fair share configuration?

Hi, wondering if the system calculate itself the best fair share configuration based in quantity of accounts, and hardware specifications (cpu, ram, drives i/o, etc.)?

The CPU scheduler is fair share, but with the hard limit as well (which usually will be first to hit, as fair share kicks in once there is not enough CPU on a server).
It is the same thing with memory. And once again, you don want all the memory to be occupied., fair share or not.
We don have IO limits yet.
