Can decimals be used? Say for example I want to limit an account to 1/4th CPU on a 16 core system. So, if I understand correctly, that would be 100/16 so 6.25% would be one core so divide that by 4 for approx 1.56% CPU would equal one fourth core. Would 1.6 work or would it need to be 2%?
In the same example, to limit it to 1/4 core, I would set CPU to 1.6% (or 2% as the case may be) and nCPU to 1 so it would only use one core, correct?
Im also assuming that I can set up different values for different users?
