Is there any way around doing an apache rebuild on a new Cloud Linux install?

You can compile mod_hostinglimits from sources. As long as you are not using mod_fcgid/mod_cgid -- it would be enough.

Was just looking at the time factor. Apache rebuilds are cumbersome. We do use mod_fcgid so will just go the easyapache route. Thanks for the assist.
