MySQL Governor Question - Shared Hosting

I have mysql installed and it seems to be working but occasionally I notice the MYSQL Usage go very high.

I have already made some tweaks as much as I can as per some forum posts, eg. http://www.cloudlinux.com/solutions/...6/#message2996

But I need to know if this xml file looks correct, as you can see there is no root username and password ,etc. in the connector line. Must that be put it for governor to connect to MySQL?
