You may ignore quota.user related message, soon we will implement exclude list and it will be there.

About dovecot.index.log file - I believe the file was opened when mark was trying to set the attribute, however you may also ignore it - nothing critical and mail directories will be also excluded from marking.

Thanks for that. The only other thing is this, these messages keep coming up in the logs. Restarting Optimumcache fixes it it for a while but they come back:

In this case you need to update optimumcache to 0.1-14 and execute:
/var/share/optimumcache_check

optimumcache_check does not exist
