We had a high load situation today (load near 200) and it appeared that the culprit was MySQL. We have MySQL Governor Beta enabled on this server. Im not sure that the MySQL Governor is doing anything... I have no indications that it has ever done any limiting, etc.

How can I tell if MySQL Governor is working? How can I see if MySQL Governor has ever done any type of throttling for any customers, ever?
