    Trying to install bug fix on 2 servers. Both give the following error:

    Running rpm_check_debug
    ERROR with rpm_check_debug vs depsolve:
    kmod-lve-2.6.32-531.29.2.lve1.3.11.1.el6.x86_64 is needed by (installed) kernel-2.6.32-531.29.2.lve1.3.11.1.el6.x86_64

      you have kmod-* in /etc/yum.conf exclude line. Please, remove it -- it should start working.

        Thank you very much for such a quick reply. I was very hopeful, but unfortunately that is not the case.

        exclude=bind-chroot courier* dovecot* exim* filesystem httpd* mod_ssl* mydns* mysql* nsd* php* proftpd* pure-ftpd* ruby* spamassassin* squirrelmail*

          very strange. It hard to say what is blocking kmod-lve in that case. Could you please submit a ticket at helpdesk.cloudlinux.com -> and our guys will investigate what it might be.

            Thank you again! Since the NOC support staff has been working on this also and they purchased the license, Ive asked them to submit a ticket. If they are reluctant, I will follow up.

              You don need a license or access to the account that bought a license to submit a ticket.
